"ODB" or seller stands for Oodles of doodles bernedoodles. And Buyer stands for the new owner of the puppy.

Health Guarantee.

ODB guarantees that all puppies will be sold or delivered in good health and utd on all age-appropriate vaccines/dewormers. ODB puppies will be vet checked before leaving. If the puppy is taken to the veterinarian within 72hrs of pick up and is deemed unhealthy we will take him/her back and give a full refund. A report from the veterinarian is required and name/number of the specific clinic used.

Buyers Agreement

The buyer agrees to keep puppies on proper vaccine and dewormer schedule. And we advise the puppy to not be taken to any public places until all puppy vaccines are complete. Buyer agrees to keep their dog on a correct diet and a healthy weight. OBD requires all buyers to keep their dogs on a proper grooming schedule which can be done at home or from a professional groomer.

Lifetime Return:

Buyer may return Said dog to ODB at any time for any reason. Said dog must not be surrendered to shelters, sold, given away, or otherwise transferred to any party except ODB unless agreed to in writing by ODBs. Any monetary reimbursement is at sole discretion of ODB. If buyer becomes deceased or incapacitated, ODB agrees that Buyers Family/Estate may keep Said Dog and all conditions of this agreement will be transferred to Buyers Family/Estate. If Buyer's Family/Estate does not wish to continue proper care of Said dog, the Family/Estate must return Said dog to ODB. Buyer agrees to inform their Family/Estate of this agreement. And informs ODBs of the transfer of ownership. Buyer understands and agrees that any violations/or breach of this private agreement will constitute an agreed amount of a $10,000 penalty clause for breach of contract if dog is resold, rehomed, or surrendered.

Non Breeding Agreement.

Buyer agrees this puppy is sold on a non breeding agreement. Any and all breeding rights are retained by ODBs. Your puppy must be spay/neutered by the age of 15 months. If not neutered/spayed the dog must be returned to ODB with no refund. If dog is not spay/neutered and buyer refuses to return him/her to ODB there will be a $5000 penalty for breach of this segment of the contract. Any progeny resulting from the union of this and any other dog bought from us, by accident or intent, shall be subject to a fine of $3000 for each and every live puppy delivered payable by the buyer, to seller for breach of contract. If any legal disputes arise from this agreement Buyer agrees to pay all court fees from seller(ODBs) and the dispute will be handled in the country of residence of ODBs.
