If you are unable to care for or provide for your puppy, you agree to contact us to help find a solution or return him/her to us for placement.
You must spay or neuter your puppy by 1 year of age, our $250 refundable spay/neuter fee will be given back after you give us a vets letter or call that the dog has been spayed/neuter.
When you join our waiting list it is non refundable, unless there are not as many puppies as estimated. In this case we will give your deposit back or it can be moved to a future litter.
There will be a fine of $ (details on contact) if you breed your dog and/or rehome to unapproved home after signing our contract.
